AUDIOLOGY SERVICES

Hearing Information and Counseling

We work with all ages to help provide education, knowledge and options when dealing with a hearing loss. We offer specialized care for children and adults with hearing problems. Often included in this group are

  • Adults who have been exposed to loud noises in the past. This could be from recreational or occupational exposure.
  • Anyone who experiences ringing in the ears. This is called Tinnitus.
  • Children who are experiencing difficulty with verbal directions or difficulty with speech patterns.
  • Infants showing minimal response to environmental sounds
  • Adults having difficulty understanding what others are saying.
  • Dizziness and balance problems

A medical examination may indicate that the hearing problem can be corrected with medical or surgical treatment. The diagnosis may also indicate that use of hearing aids and other types of assisted listening devices would be beneficial for improvement in your quality of life.

We will work with you to evaluate your own individual needs in order to improve your communication through better hearing.
